Ruffino Wines Prosecco received 3.7 out of 5 Stars on Vivino. Ruffino has, over the years, assembled a collection of top estates in Tuscany’s most important fine wine appellations. As befits these gems, we honor the traditions and history in place and also embrace modern techniques to coax the best out of each vintage. Because we start with the best quality of fruit, Ruffino wines reveal themselves without coaxing or manipulation. This is the essence of our traditional approach to making wine. This Prosecco is fruity and fragrant with clean notes of citrus, pears, and apples along with slight hints of hawthorn, wisteria, and elder. Fine bubbles caress the palate, while intense flavors of apples and peaches give a pleasing finish. Ruffino’s status was firmly established both nationally and internationally when its Chianti won a Gold Medal at the 1881 Milan Wine Exhibition and another Gold Medal at the 1885 Antwerp Exhibition.
